Regular Priced Purchases are valid for store credit towards a next purchase, or refund within 20 days from the delivery date. Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, and with tags attached, jewelry must be in its original packaging. All items must be returned with the original return form. Shipping charges are non-refundable, however we will provide free shipping on returns (excluding promotions where order received free shipping.)
Return Process

Securely repack the item, on a box or envelope of your choice.

Fill, Print and Cover your address label with The Trend label form. You can find it below.

Return the package by using your local Post Office, obtain a tracking number and a proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting and a tracking number.

Please allow up to 10 business days after the product is received for your account to be credited.
